Te Puni Kokiri – Ministry of Maori Development

We had the pleasure of updating the exterior of what is known as the old Mayfair Dental building on the corner of Cobden St & Gladstone Road. The Sto Armat Remedial Render System was used over several different substrates to tie it all together to one monolithic rendered building, similar to the original solid plaster look. We also manufactured, installed and rendered various mouldings as required by the council to keep the buildings original heritage look. The McCannics Construction team was a pleasure to work with.
